About the campaign
Equality isn't adding up. Every year, ethnically diverse workers lose out on billions in earnings compared to their white counterparts. This website lets you add your name to Britain's Ethnicity Bill: an average of how much pay inequality costs ethnically diverse professionals in the UK, every year. The figures are based on analysis by the Resolution Foundation, and reflect pay disparities that remain even after adjusting for factors such as occupation, industry, contract type, education level and degree class.
